Physical assault - to cause physical harm or unwanted physical contact to another person. Once upon a time this was illegal but apparently in 2024 if under the guise of "vaccination" all bets are off. You would need eyes in the back of your head if attending any clinic or hospital and you were identified as "unvaccinated".

It's ALL captured. Peaceful revolution is the ONLY way out. Luckily the US are still armed so have much more power than those if us in Europe!

Take it to the U. S. Supreme Court, Art.II, sec 3 Take care of the laws.

The executive branch (president, his admin agencies) is supposed to take care of the laws.

The Judiciary supervises Art II.

If you have fraudulent capture of certain branches of government (RICO), such that criminal enterprises that are provably anti- American "direct the law", to the harm of the Constitution and the public -- wouldn't it depend on HOW you argue fraudulent capture of the U.S.Constitution via presidential/AA discretion?

Bayer Bayer are lobbying like crazy to get the same act as the vaccine cartel. It's important to raise this issue before they get away with it again and we find ourselves in the same situation in the future

Jonathan you say “Wisely or not, the plain language of the PREP Act includes claims of battery and violations of state constitutional rights within the scope of its immunity, and it therefore shields Defendants from liability for Plaintiffs’ claims.”

You’re saying the PREP Act shields claims against battery?

Does it specifically protect vaccinators who vaccinate under mandates? That is, vaccinators who do not obtain voluntary informed consent for the intervention?

I didn’t say that!! The footnote containing that starts with “The court” then the words you refer to are italicized.

Is it not clear that I’m quoting the court?

Well it wasn’t clear to me…

But I’ve checked the article now and see that statement is at the end.

I’m in Australia and have focussed on the trashing of voluntary informed consent here, but starting to look into the impact of the Prep Act in the US because this is having ramifications around the world.

As I understand it, the Prep Act purportedly provides "immunity from liability (except for willful misconduct) for claims:...to entities and individuals involved in the development, manufacture, testing, distribution, administration, and use of such countermeasures".

Isn't it willful misconduct if a ‘countermeasure administrator’ 'administers a countermeasure' to an individual who has not given authentic voluntary informed consent for the 'countermeasure' e.g. a COVID-19 vaccination?

This can occur in the case of an individual who has been mandated to have COVID-19 vaccination to maintain their livelihood and participate in society.

Isn’t it willful misconduct if a ’countermeasure administrator’ injects someone they know is under duress to submit to the ‘countermeasure', i.e. there has not been valid consent?
