They sent the NIAID-Moderna jointly owned coronavirus vaccine candidates to Baric on December 16 for animal testing and finalised the design as per an amendment to the research collaboration agreement on Jan 13.
Pfizer also started putting together the documents for clinical trial C5491001 in November / December 2019 before formally entering into its SARS-CoV2 collaboration with BioNTech in March 2020. The technology transfer between BioNTech & Pfizer actually started in 2018.

It takes about 3-4 hours to complete one application, longer if you add in meds which is necessary if you take meds. It's a purposeful mess. We had more food, drug and medical device recalls than ever before based on CDC's own current data, iatrogenic death becomes the 3rd leading cause of death in the US you know you're in trouble. We found out New Zealand Royals and wealthy didn't have to be injected while the rest of the Kiwi's were beaten to a pulp. The truth is emerging, but fuzzy, an erected truth far from reality where the criminals bang away at us, it and them. We left unsupervised children in charge of an entire planet.
