The photo of a masked child getting the shot in an apparently childcare setting makes this even more nefarious.

It looks like a pumkin in the background. Possibly for the vaccine administrator to practice on before she tries it on the children.

Afterwards the children can cook and eat the pumpkin and get an extra dose.

If people clap their hands once, spin counterclockwise twice, and repeat “Fauci!” 3 times right before their booster, they’re less likely to get myocarditis! (**This doesn’t appear to prevent VITT, unfortunately). All hail the science!

I also hear there is a paper showing the 'vaccine' works even better if you take it at 12pm whilst simultaneously hopping on one leg whilst touching your nose ten times. :-D
